Lock & Co. Hatters London is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage headwear. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they remain in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the hat carefully in its original Lock & Co. hat box to prevent damage, ensuring all original tags are attached and the completed returns form is included inside.
Dispatch the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our master hatters have inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
